Dance/Choreography

 The work is a social commentary. I use myself as the subject, which becomes the objectified reflection of our society.

My work deals with escapism, rebellion, torture, anarchy, loss of liberty, feminism, lack of speech, space and the grotesque. These ideas are translated into a conceptual performance piece and then exhibited through photography. I choreograph or improvise the concept through dance and movement. The response to the environment depends to where I choose to perform the guerilla performance.

The ideas expressed are intended to provoke the viewer. I perform solo but at times use others. These performers are used as a spectrum of my alter egos. The company is referred to as "The Hellektrick Company".
